What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact form & Course registration

  • We collect basic information (name and email) through our Contact Us form – for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiries/questions
  • We collect basic contact detail (i.e. name, email, phone number) and payment detail for the purpose of course registration and payment processing.


If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

At the moment login functionality is limited to Admin level access

For users that register for a course through our website, we store the personal information they provide with their registration as a historical reference of their order (excluding their payment detail).

What rights you have over your data

If you have registered for a course through this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we store about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, excluding any data we are obliged to keep for legal or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Payment processing is done through a trusted Payment Gateway. The payment is processed, and validated, but not stored after processing has been completed.
